"My boy Bandit had a damaged CCL & needed TPLO surgery. We were recommended this practice by our vet. They were awesome. Surgery scheduled quickly. Dr Blaso and the team were very understanding and caring to our needs as well as our dog. Unfortunately he also requires his other leg to be done and this will be scheduled in a couple of months. Overall very happy with everything."

"Be aware it’s not a clinic it’s a used car sales Their clinic recommendation $600 before they do anything She told me other clinic they don’t require that But their clinic require all these things I went to other clinic even at the requirement it’s half of the price I took my dog there for teeth cleaning I was told one price over the phone when I went there. It became double the price. Big scam. They charge me $87 to tell me the new price they didn’t even do anything to the dog They charge me upfront when I made the appointment please check all around half of the price. They are big scam. When I asked them why the price different they said the front desk they don’t know the actual prices"

"I have emailed their practice manager a few weeks ago, asking if I can get a paper filled out for me with no response. I allowed her 2-3 business days to get back to me, which she never did. I sent a follow up email, which was never answered either, and I sent a request to message on the website. I never got one response from anyone. When I had called, I spoke to one of the vet techs, Meghan, and I asked if any of the managers or owners were there, she lied saying “they are all out of the office” after I asked if she knew when they’d be back she replied “oh it’s up in the air, I’m sorry I can’t really say when they will be back” I walked in a few minutes later and was told that Blaso was there but with a patient at the moment… The front desk people however have been SUPER nice, Brandon for example has been nothing but kind and respectful towards me and I appreciate that so much, he was always calm and collected when I called and didn’t mind that I had called multiple times. (Asking if my paper was ready) I am very disappointed that it took 9 days total to receive a paper that could have taken 5 minutes to complete. It was very time consuming based on me calling and walking in to ask about a paper that seemed to never be done. I finally have it, and I’m very grateful, however I feel that It should not have been this much of a headache to get one paper filled out and signed."

"My fur baby, Lexi gets her hair trimmed every 4-6 weeks. She use to be sedated to be easier to manage…. It was hard on her. Since she has been coming to Plainfield veterinary clinic, she no longer needs to be sedated and she can get a trim and style rather than a buzz…. She is a ten year old mix, Snoodle and just adorable. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to treat their fur baby with live to PVC…."
