"Great experience at the Minute Clinic. Registered online and went in for a sports physical, and was out with a completed form in less than 20 minutes."

"Minute Clinic clinician was very unprofessional. She should be fired. She sent two clients home today who were on time just because she was behind and she could not wait for her lunch. She did not even check my patient yet and she was already making statements that she cannot do the job. Whoever that clincian who worked on this day this comment is posted needs to get fired."

"OUR EXPERIANCE WITH CVS MINUTE CARE NURSE MARIA THRESA OBENZA. Waste of time and money. Better off going to convenient care. First not an MD or DO. So here was our experience. Call ahead explained we think maybe grandaughter maybe has pink eye. Told by CVS employee that the minute clinic is open to 3 this is at 12 noon. So we decide to give it a try. MISTAKE! So we arrive at 12:30. Nobody in line or sight....physicians assistant Obenza walked out we thought she was going to take us back ...WRONG...Obenza came out to tell us she is leaving on a 30 minute mandatory break and would not be able to see us until she returned. So we waited because it was Sunday and we are stupid and should have left. So we sat in our car and waited. When Obenza did return she was only concerned with insurance and payments ...well your deductible is met so you will owe nothing. After the financial was covered, she then proceeded to tell us she could do nothing for us because the pink eye was a rare eye infection that was going to travel in to her brain. She explaine why she was not able to prescribe the medication nor confirm the diagnosis. She told us we would have to go to the convenient care WHERE THEY HAVE REAL DOCTORS THAT CAN ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING. So we drove to the convenient care. And wow 5 minute later we left with diagnosis of pink eye and we were on our way home. I will be calling corporate Monday to report this. 179.00 fee for nothing what a joke. She appears to be in it just for the mon"
