Westside Children's Therapy - Wheaton North ABA Therapy

"My son was recently diagnosed with autism. I was referred for ABA therapy by his speech therapist at another location. I had heard great things about Westside Children's therapy. I called and did my initial intake over the phone and was told that someone would be contacting me to set up initial evaluation eval. This is now 6 months of waiting on a wait list and my son hasn't even been able to get in for an evaluation. My son has been on a wait list since May!!!Is this common to wait 6 months to then be told that they do not have staffing to accommodate your child? Had I known that I would be made to wait this long only to be told it's not going to happen before the end of the year, I would have sought out therapy elsewhere. I don't recommend this waiting to anyone!"

"We love the Naperville location, my daughter sees Lynzee for speech and will also see Julia for OT. She is always excited when she walks in and is ready to learn. Everyone at Westside (this is our second location we’ve been a part of due to a move) is so welcoming and knowledgeable."
