"Dr. Fahey is the kindest and I’ve been seeing him for years. Called to make a visit and the front desk receptionist was absolutely horrendous. The most vile attitude I’ve ever experienced. So rude and unhelpful. Won’t be returning for this reason alone. Wish the rest of their staff valued patient care as much as the doctors do."

"Been going here with my whole family for many years. Although we like the doctors very much we are treated so rudely on the phone I think we will need to leave this practice. Anytime we call we are spoken to like we are the biggest inconvenience to the staff. The receptionist is condescending and rude. They rarely have sick appointments available and they used to have many. Of course, how dare we call and ask and interrupt her day! They used to have a couple excellent PAs that they lost and never replaced. It's really too bad. Would not recommend this practice. They are a sinking ship."

"I've been meaning to write a review for years and after my sister's poor experience with reception I was reminded to do it. Their reception is incredbly rude and difficult to coordinate rescheduling with. I also once had a bill that was paid get sent to collection accidentally when this practice was still over in Geneva. I called to have them fix it and was told that while it was an accident on their end, I should have followed up again with them to make sure it was actually paid (why would we do that after we paid and stopped receiving bills?). This happened years ago, but given the way their staff still treats people, it's clear that they have not done any growing. The doctors there are nice, but everyone else is incredibly rude."

"We have been going to this practice since 2001. 5 stars go to the doctors. 0 stars for the staff which can make or break the visit. Staff quickly went downhill since moving to Batavia. Front desk is rude and it takes several calls to handle general things like refills and scheduling. Dr. Rivers and Fahey are great and never in a rush to push you out the door. After hour calls are always returned promptly. The 2022 admin staff just ruins the experience for my family before we get in to see our Doctor. Wellness visit run 2 to 3 months out so plan accordingly. Don't expect an open prescription book, your aliment gets the medicine not your verbal request."
