"Edit: Took away a star because I live on the road so I won't be back to the Lakeway location. Called them to upgrade to an unlimited membership and said I had to come in for it? But they were able to send me cancellation docs via email/docusign? Very strange. Going to work out for me in the long run because I'll sign up somewhere else for a cheaper monthly price!"
"Caring staff that pumps you up and is encouraging. Classes are punctual to start and I am so grateful to have discovered OT. "I actually had a great experience working out here. The heart monitors are garbage, but the equipment is nice and clean. The coaches are fun to work with. The workouts are challenging, but adjustable. The one star review is for the regional manager lying to my face and stealing from me. Had to file a dispute charge claim with my bank because they refused to give my money back. Thanks Aubrey and Luis, now I have to tell 70 people about this cause you wouldn't refund me $70. Yes, I'm that petty."
