"I consider myself a high level, adult onset athlete as a person who bikes up to 1000 miles a month, runs up to 70 miles per week and swims 5 miles per week in preparation for Ironman triathlons.  After breaking my femur in a cycling accident, I came to Chrissie at Athletico for physical therapy starting three times per week. Starting out, I couldn't do a single leg raise/lower on an 8" platform.  Chrissie continued to challenge me throughout PT, giving me exercises that built my confidence while also revealing weaknesses that I could work on and be motivated to get better at.  She has an amazing balance of providing encouragement and challenge at the same time.  If you want to get better and are ready to work at it, she's awesome.
