"This location is permanently closed. But when we called for appointment Advocate personnel registered and scheduled appointment only to find out after reaching there that this location is closed. Not sure how did Advocate’s system select this location for appointments."
"Son had a sports physical done. They said they provided the IHSA form and scanned it into records. They did neither. My son is now ineligible to practice because of the fraud committed. I went back to get the paperwork I had already paid for and they said I had to do another physical. Incompetence to an extreme level"
"I had a severe sore throat so I decided to go here because the immediate care that I usually go to was closed. Prior to my visit, I was told that my insurance was accepted however, when I got there I was told otherwise. I decided to pay anyway because of the severity of my pain. The woman seeing me, who I believe was Angela, did a Covid-19 and a strep test which both came back negative. During my visit, I was trying to ask questions but I was getting short responses as if I was bothering her. I could barely get my mask down before she was sticking the swab down my throat to do the strep test. Ultimately, I ended up paying for nothing as I left with no diagnosis or even a prescription. Later that night, I was in the worst pain that I have ever experienced and ended up going to the immediate care the following morning where they properly treated and respected me. To make a long story short, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in this place and I am never going here again. I am a very understanding person and I know that healthcare workers are going through a stressful time due to being overworked but this was completely uncalled for. I do not recommend going here unless you want to be let down and uncomfortable."
"This clinic and the nurse practitioners particular Angela are terrible! It’s dirty and they are not warm or welcoming and have always been very degrading to my children every time I’ve gone in there. Nor do they seem very educated. I would never go back and will always go to the CVS minute clinic over this clinic any day."
"Took my kids for strep test and it cost $315 for one kid and $236 for other kid!! Crazy expensive now that’s it advocate! Never again!!"
