"My experience was horrible. I was excited I had a Saturday appointment. However I could not find where the place was located, and no one would answer the phone, being that it was Saturday. When I finally found the place I was stressed to the max and then had to fill out paper work. The woman that greeted me was not very friendly. The therapist I saw seemed very closed and not very personal. I made another appointment hoping that the next appointment would be better, since I knew where I was going. However a woman called me to reschedule and left a voicemail, and she was laughing the whole time on the voice mail. Needless to say that was the last straw. I will not be returning."
