"I never actually had a problem with aurora until recently. My anxiety has gotten very bad and they are very non-empathetic about my situation. I won’t go into detail about it, but they do the bare minimum and fail to tell you about your vitals until you get your after visit summary. I have had to switch doctors multiple times because they went the approach of basically telling me I am crazy and that my pains and health concerns are all just because of my anxiety. I would like to commend one doctor named Austin Baachus. He was extremely empathetic and helpful for my situation. I am writing this review after my visit today. Well, attempt to visit. I walked in the urgent care and upon being asked my reason for visiting, I mentioned I wanted to get my blood pressure checked and to discuss it because the last few times I have gone in the last couple months I have had high blood pressure. The lady at the desk had blatantly told me that if it was that big of a concern I would’ve made a real doctors appointment. To me this is just disgustingly disrespectful and ridiculous. What is the purpose of going to the urgent care let alone it even existing then? Very frustrating and I am considering a whole new healthcare line"

"Very short staffed. You wait on the phone for 15 to 20 min at a time. To see the dermatologist is a joke. booked out to 2025 yes that's right 2025. I've been waiting on them to get a p.a from my insurance company for over a week. The dollar general of health care. I didn't think anyone could beat mercy at being bad but I was wrong. I think I'm going back to mercy"

"My family has been patients with several of the physicians here for over 30 years and we have always been very satisfied with the care provided. This includes those that work in the various support departments. I felt compelled to write this review after reading some of the negative comments I read today online."

"Anything you can to avoid this doctors office. They are horrendous to their patients. They have no empathy or compassion. They are disorganized, loose paperwork, forget to complete insurance authorizations, and make patients wait weeks for prescription refills without any remorse. Find a doctor ANYWHERE but here."

"We were in Lake Geneva from out of town, I called the audiology department looking for ear wax guards The receptionist was very lacking in courtesy and knowledge. Waited an entire day only to be told they didn’t carry the ones I needed. Went elsewhere and was treated with respect and got the guards I needed. Very sad."
