"Recently just got a membership and canceled the second day of getting it. I went to this location and thought it was just ok. The first day went well I enjoyed the Zumba class. The second day I came one of the treadmills was not working. After my workout I wanted to utilize the shower. However it did not feel clean, and upon walking in one of the showers there was a USED woman product on top of the soap container. That right there turned me away quickly."

"For a corporate national brand this gym is nasty and not up to par with others. Restrooms are like a nightmare scene and stink. Trash and underwear all in the showers. If you are a weight lifter good luck finding plates. I am down with old grimy gyms with blaring music and awesome equipment but this is just a nasty corporate location. I honestly don’t think it’s possible to save. Probably needs a good bulldozer and a new start with the next business that will pay attention to upkeep."

"Staff is generally pretty nice, so no complaints there. The low rating is for the cleanliness of the facility, the men’s locker room specifically. I just moved to the area and having had a 24 hour fitness membership for many years now I went online and searched for the nearest club and found this one. The reviews were pretty bad but I figured some reviews were just haters having a bad day but wow was I wrong lol. The men’s restroom smells like hot urine as you enter. The bathroom is pretty disgusting every day but today was really bad as there were feces all over the floor, rendering 2 of the 3 bathroom stalls unusable. You can definitely tell there is little to no care or effort put into the general upkeep of this place. Who is the person in charge here, Joe Biden?"

"This is the sixth time I come in and we’re having to wait 46 minutes before someone shows up to open the doors. This place is very unreliable to open at 8 AM is ridiculous for place called 24 hour fitness. I don’t know if this is corporate own or franchise zone but this place sucks because the equipment is not wiped down Spray bottles are usually empty, stay away from this place save your time and money; And staff is definitely not pleasant, nor friendly here."

"10/17/2023 review: This once innocuous gym has reformed itself for the better, inside and out, and on a recurring basis has been providing outstanding customer support, completely renewed cleaning, and a much better atmosphere. My personal favorite representative at this location is the general manager who has on a recurring basis shown the hospitality, kindness, and respect that keeps guests feeling right at home. This location has improved greatly since my last reviews, and I’m happy to say I’ve noticed these changes on a recurring basis, week in and week out, and this is not just based on a one time occurrence. Keep up the great work! OLD REVIEW:This location has had some issues in the past with inconsistency and cleanliness, that can probably be attributed to just a few “bad apples” from the hiring process. This location does a warm and friendly atmosphere from most of the population, and there is lots of available equipment until rush hour. Now in the past.. this location has horrible reviews on cleanliness, and I was no exception to give my two cents on the issue. There was a huge problem with the candidates that were being hired to do the cleaning, just blatantly not doing their jobs. NEW CLEANERS HAVE BEEN HIRED this last week, and they actually care about the work they do!!! There are two gentlemen, an elderly Asian man and a younger white man who look active in their approach to cleaning, take the time to clean things right, and have a willingness to improve. I’ve noticed a huge difference just in this last week with a lot of areas of the gym. NO it’s not perfect yet, but a huge huge improvement since my last review!!!"
