"Great place to work out with great trainers. I’ve enjoyed Mo City much more than other national gym chains I’ve used in the past. Down almost 50 lbs since June. Not easy to do at 49 but with James and Caelan as trainers they design specific workouts for your age as well as your strength and weaknesses. Never that same routine over and over. Work well with teens too, both of my boys from RPHS go with me as much as they can."
