"Here's the story of a lovely lady Who was bringing up three very lovely kids. They just moved here and needed healthcare. It was back to school Here's the story, of a man, he’s my partner , Who was busy with a boy of his own, They were four kids, living all together, We called this office on the phone….. And when we called to make appointments for our 4 children we were refused. My partners, son’s sibling, no relation to my partner or myself had an outstanding balance. Due to this balance, not connected to any of our four children, they would not make appointments for my partners son or establish my children as new patients. My children aren’t even patients yet to generate any balances! This says a lot. They do not seem to care about children or health. They are about the dollar. If this had been our debt then yes I can understand our responsibility and a need to collect. They used our association to get that money however they can. And that’s the way we became the angry bunch"

"We didn't have the best experience here. I wanted to love it because we absolutely loved Dr. Van De Walle but one of the nurses was SO incredibly rude. Brought me to tears EVERY SINGLE TIME. Shaming me for something that she had absolutely no right to comment in, and something we worked closely with our Pediatrician AKA THE DOCTOR to create a schedule that worked for our family. Not sure how she gets away with that there but it drove us out of there."

"I have been taking my two girls to Dripping Springs Pediatrics for the past two years and Everytime in awe of how they treat and care for them. Their heart is in this practice and it shows. Books and toys to keep kids busy. Sick and not sick divided waiting areas to help keep from spreading germs. Just a very comfortable and entertaining environment."
