"Real bad, my son was sick over the weekend, so I take him first thing in the morning, so what's my surprise, my son is 15 and is been his Dr. Since he was born, and never ever heard such thing of if he sick I have to wait for an a appointment, I can't predict when he is getting sick, so front desk said they don't have nothing open till after 3:30 p.m. I was furious, so I left, drop off my son at the house and went to work, soon I enter my job place, they call me if I want to take him at 10:00 a m. I was like really OMG, so I went back let us wait outside the building then and wasn't his Dr. To start with who see him, took 45 minutes in there waiting, the Dr. Went in & out, in less than 5 minutes. Looking to find a different dr. Customer service was very poor, won't wanna go back ever."
"This place has gone down hill, the doctor Gendi is really rude my son doesn’t really cooperate because he has autism so his moving a lot and he says he can’t do that anymore cause his back hurts and this and that but that’s your job sir to take care of your patients not complain for us if you can’t do it no more then retire. Smh never coming back here again."
