"I played with Sports Quest (SQ) U8-U15. SQ provided me a smooth transition into playing for the Houston Dynamo. I played for the Houston Dynamo Academy U-15 to U-16 and later with the Texans Academy U-18. In high school, I received multiple offers to continue playing soccer. My experiences with SQ created a strong foundation that has led me to where I am today. I couldn’t have done it without the leadership of Jim and Debbie. Currently, I am 26 years old and I still play soccer with friends that I met during my time at SQ. I highly recommend SQ to your son or daughter."

"This is just my personal opinion. The best part of this camp was that they provide scriptures and a christian based soccer camp, chic-filet gift card for dessert and a free soccer ball. However, if you are looking for something serious that will truly give your child a great basic soccer skills, treats all children fairly and and provide guidance this camp is not it. The owner of the organization is really kind, but he only focuses on the older kids 9 and up. The kids are divided into groups of 3 depending on age where the younger groups age 8 and down are managed by teenagers. The teens are nice also, but they give very minimal guidance. They mostly have the kids do scrimmage games with very minimal guidance throughout and aren't alert enough to make the teams well balanced, so the result was one team out scored the other for 3 days and they never bothered to change up the groups to make it fair. They also did not provide snacks as they stated in their email and their water taste gross. A teenage boy who was in charge of managing the group my 2 girls were in may not realize, but he greatly favored 2 girls in the group and it was very obvious. Parents have the option of staying the whole time, which i did the first 2 days, but by the third day I was too upset to watch this young man exclude the other girls and always compliment the two other girls. My kids did not like this camp, and I promised them I will never put them though something like that again."
