Answers any and all questions you have and is patient with the kids. They do same day sick appointments and their wait time isn’t very long (longest we waited was 20mins)."

"Dr Kieffer is the absolute best Dr it's the staff that needs some retraining! I called for an appointment and the receptionist put me on hold for five minutes only to tell me that she could either schedule me for a sick visit and not the yearly. I asked why not? She said " I'm trying to work with you here" I just asked why not? Answer the question for whatever reason other than " I'm trying to work with you here!" I hope Dr Kieffer sees this review and checks his staff because this woman has no business answering phone calls with that attitude."
