Beast Body Fitness Co. is a gym located at 15415 Mueschke Road in Cypress, Texas. Our goal is simple - to be the highlight of your day! We are here to support you as you take control of your mental and physical well-being with our athlete-inspired training approach. Train like an athlete, boost your confidence, build a strong mindset, and discover a love for fitness.
Beast Body Fitness was founded in 2011 on a field by newlyweds Tremayne and Cassandra. Originally known as Loos'Em Big Bootcamp, the program has since helped thousands of people lose weight, build lean muscle, and develop a strong mindset. Training like an athlete and making fitness fun is the Beast Body way.
We believe in true modifications for building a foundation, welcoming all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Our gym offers a fun family environment with plenty of support and encouragement. Whether you're young or old, a beginner or experienced, Beast Body Fitness is the place for you.
Our trainers, Cass and Tre, are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals in the safest and most effective way possible. "I highly recommend checking out Beast Body if you're looking for a new gym - this is not your typical "4 sets of 10 reps" type of gym. I joined Beast Body knowing I had a month to do some good work, and I loved their challenging workouts - each day features a different combination of movements and challenges. The trainers are all friendly, funny, and supportive, which alleviates some of the dread of coming to the gym for a challenging workout. I measure my progress by how my clothes fit and my capacity for exertion. I look and feel better than when I came, and I see performance improvements when I do other athletic activities with my friends. My only regret is that I found the Beast Body community shortly before I moved away from the area. If you need a big change in your life, show up and put in work with these folks and you will get what you want."
