"Update for year 3: Our teenage boys are in wildly good shape and having fun. When returning from summer travel, they both said they missed jujitsu and decided on their own to keep going. They can see the benefits, they like the coaches, the members are nice, and they enjoy the learning process. Elite MMA has a great culture, and we're very appreciative of what they've done. Our first year has passed too quickly. As a dad of 11 and 13 yr-old boys, I asked them to compare themselves to a year ago. Both boys transformed their bodies, becoming lean and strong. One boy needed to improve his coordination, and he now moves like an athlete. There were times each were frustrated. But the instructors were fantastic at keeping them going and doing what each of them needed. Trust them. Elite MMA is a five star experience. Thanks guys!"

"The best of Houston. Very nice people and the professors are great. Everybody is open to share with you their knowledge. The place is super clean. They are the best. Prices are around $200 and that Includes Brazilian Jujitsu, kickboxing etc. They also have a class for kids. They do test every ~6 months and they charge extra 45 dollars (for the case of adults)."

"My 6 yr old son has been doing jiu jitsu with Elite MMA for over half of his life. He loves the coaches and loves going to train. For me and my husband, the most important things are what he learns beyond the physical. The discipline, respect, maturity, confidence, self-control, and perseverance are what matters to us. He has carried all the things he has learned over to what he does outside of BJJ: school, sports, and friendship. Having BJJ before he started organized sports was the best thing we could have done. When he started with swimming, basketball, baseball, and his favorite soccer, he knew exactly how to take direction, hustle, listen, focus, and learn. We are constantly getting compliments from his coaches that he is very respectful and coachable. He also helps his teammates when they don't understand. He learned that at Elite MMA. Anytime someone asks for a recommendation for an after-school activity, 100% of the time I recommend Elite MMA. They have more than this location, and we go to both (depending on our schedules)."
