"Really bad experience the employees are rude lazy and talk in a way they think they’re the owners my kids been patient since 10 years but now at the Pasadena location it’s been a struggle and stressful for me they made my son wait for over more than a hour with chronic bronchitis and fever just because they couldn’t check they’re email the doctor should be more aware of what’s going on with her office because they do whatever they want I’m taking my kids to other doctors because of this I hope Idalia rivera Matus reads all the reviews and fix it"

"[Pediatrician's Office Manager], I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the services provided at your pediatrician's office. I have encountered several instances that have left me dissatisfied, and I believe it is important to bring them to your attention. 1. **Lack of Timeliness:** On multiple occasions, appointments have started significantly later than scheduled, causing inconvenience and disruption to our daily routine. 2. **Communication Issues:** There have been instances where the communication from the office regarding test results and follow-up appointments has been unclear or delayed, leading to unnecessary anxiety. 3. **Customer Service:** The overall customer service experience has been subpar. Reception staff sometimes appear indifferent and fail to address inquiries with the level of professionalism I would expect. I feel as though my child should have been seen regardless of the insurance policy. We've been patients of Dr Rivera going on 16yrs and to be treated like welfare recipients was the last straw to drive a wedge between our relationship with the dr. If she doesn't care enough to get her staff in line, then she doesn't care enough to take care of your child. I understand that challenges may arise in any medical practice, but the frequency and impact of these issues have compelled me to voice my concerns. I believe that addressing these issues promptly will contribute to an improved experience for all patients. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to seeing positive changes in the future. Sincerely, [You"

"Claudia helped my while I was in office, by printing Texas State immuzation records for my kids. and because they don't accept my kids new insurance and I couldn't afford 150 out of pocket, they didn't want to verbally tell me over the phone which vaccines my son was missing. Even though they told me while I was in office, just didn't write it down.. When I called the 2nd time of the day, they answered their phone with just a hello, and when I asked if this was Nasa pediatric they said No and.hung up. Poor staff, poor service. People should not be treated like this. Losing many patients.. Dr. Rivera has seen my kids since infancy and they are now teenagers. Good thing we don't need this office anymore. Good riddance! I hope the doctor reads this. and actually has a staff meeting to correct for future parents. They are getting paid for their work not for their poor attitudes."

"I’ve been coming here the past year and I’ve had only positive experiences. The doctor is very nice and straight to the point , which is what I like most . I know I can come here and get in and out in a timely manner. If I do have questions she has always answered them and explains everything really well. I also love that I can call the day off and 90% of the time they are able to see me that day !"

"Stay away from this place and especially Dr. Idalia Rivera-Mato. She is terrible she is so busy trying to rush you out the door that she dismissives your concerns of your children. She won't even bother testing your child for anything illnesses, instead just assume something to get you out faster. PLEASE protect your children by NOT taking them to this clinic and especially this Doctor!"
