"I recently changed insurance plans and was automatically assigned to this clinic. I was hesitant because of the low ratings, so I didn't want to bring my daughter here. I thought maybe I should just try it out to see for myself. The lady who answered me straight up told me, out of nowhere, that if she was going to make her an appointment, I would have to keep coming to see this doctor because they don't take one-time patients. I honestly told her that I would have to meet the doctor first before making a permanent decision. Also, she told me I needed to bring a printout of her vaccination, so I asked her, Isn't that all online through my chart? Her response was yes, but we still require patients to print it out and turn it in themselves. All I have to say is EWWW! Gross!!! No way am I bringing my 4-year-old daughter to this icky place. The entire interaction seemed very unempathetic and careless. My advice for this clinic is to get it together; you just lost another patient and earned yourselves another bad review."

"Just to throw this out there for the most recent comment with five stars that talks about “one person” having a bad experience and trying to “ruin lives” via social media... first and foremost, a baby’s life was put in danger due to the negligence of this office. That’s a pretty huge concern! I’m not giving this review with one star solely because of that, but it is a part of why I rate this office so low. I have also had multiple issues with this office. They are unprofessional. They are unorganized. The wait time to see a practitioner past your scheduled visit, not the actual doctor of the clinic, is atrocious. The staff holds zero accountability for their poor work ethic. The lobbies and rooms feel neglected and germ ridden. I could go on... as I am sure many others who have shared similar experiences in this specific office. I can recall two separate incidents that led me to finding a new pediatrician. One being that the staff got into a verbal argument with me in the lobby over a scheduled appointment that had us sitting there almost an hour past the time we were supposed to be seen, and the other being that they gave my daughter a flu shot when we specifically told them no when we were asked if we wanted her to have one. They did not tell me she received it, I found out months later when I needed copies of her shot record. When I brought it to their attention, they acted as if they had done no wrong and knew nothing of what I spoke of. It isn’t just one person with a bad experience. It’s a bunch of people who are finally coming out and speaking up. Do yourself a favor and research further, if you cannot take my word for it."
