About the Business
Haven Jiu-Jitsu Academy is a health institution located at 17903 Shaw Road, Cypress, Texas, United States. This summer, Haven is hosting two programs from June 19th through June 23rd and July 17th through July 21st from 9AM - 12PM. The summer camp offers a fun way to stay active and beat the Houston heat, with BJJ fundamentals training, application, and lots of play for kids.
At Haven Jiu-Jitsu Academy, we specialize in teaching Brazilian Jiu-jitsu as our primary martial art, along with judo, wrestling, kickboxing, and strength and conditioning. Our studio is a safe and welcoming place for the community to learn and practice martial arts. We are proud affiliates of Ground Dwellers Jiu-Jitsu Academy.
Our focus is on helping our members become healthier and stronger both physically and mentally, preparing them to handle challenging situations with confidence. We offer daily sessions in Jiu Jitsu, judo, wrestling, kickboxing, strength and conditioning, and yoga, with private and group classes available seven days a week.
Head instructor Nonso has an impressive competition track record, with over 14 IBJFF tournaments under his belt and multiple victories. Since earning his black belt in 2019, Nonso has become known as one of the best BJJ coaches in the industry.
