"Max Speed and Strength is a great facility with now two convenient locations, great coaches, and flexible schedule. Ted is amazing!! We have been training at Max Speed for about two years. "Let's try it out" became significant part of our athlete’s training routine. We cannot imagine training schedule without Max Speed not being in it. We started seeing results within first 8 weeks of the program, and never stopped. Max speed has coaches with different sport backgrounds, which helps any athlete to improve their skills."
