"Very good Sauna, plenty of amenities like water for Sauna use. Food at Cafe was great. Seems expensive for members pricing, but they have plenty of activities to keep you moving so it almost makes the price worth it. Seems like a place that is good for workout and spa services. Probably not recommended if you wish to sign up for packages."

"This gym needs to step it up. I have been a member for at least 3-4 years. Machines are constantly out of order and take weeks to repair, if not months. You will notice towels not being restocked, stretching area stinks as it’s not consistently cleaned, bathrooms also look gross. This gym is rapidly becoming an overpriced run down gym."

"My husband & I joined Villa a little over a year ago. The group fitness instructors are fantastic. They remember us by name and cultivate a fun but motivating environment. We adore the body pump and trip instructors we have taken classes with: Kathy, Steve, Cassie, & Val. The facilities are typically clean & stocked, but we try to avoid peak hours. The sauna and outdoor amenities are a blast. High school students can get a little rowdy in the afternoons in the weightlifting area. If you want to speak on the phone with someone, you have to press the extension indicating that you’re interested in a membership, otherwise they will not pick up."

"Hi- to be transparent I am new here but transferred over here from LifeTime. We get three memberships for the price of ONE here and I wasn’t sure what to expect but was very happy with it! It’s so big so I could work out in peace. The basketball gym was actually available to play ball and the sauna was amazing. There is plenty of space to use free weights and it looks like they even open the class space when a class isn’t in session. Looking forward to returning."

"Villa has a very beautiful facility, top-notch equipment, and excellent group exercises. I definitely recommend this to anyone regardless of age and athletic ability. It is a club and caters to the wealthy. It is family friendly and has a good atmosphere too. I would give 5 stars except that the monthly fees are steep and customer service is lacking especially for a club. It is not uncommon to use a shower without hot water, for example. Customer complaints are not resolved promptly if at all. I had both billing as well as referral bonus issues that took several weeks each to fix. And, on one occasion, the GM completely ignored my email and follow up email. Some of the issues with customer service seem to be because corporate gives very little latitude to resolve concerns at the local level. However, the attitude of the employees and customer service has overall worsened since the new GM has been in place. Employees can be helpful but oftentimes are too busy enjoying each other’s company. This place is a great lifestyle choice for many."
