"This by far has been the best experience for me. I've had other trainers but never trusted a trainer this fast. I was so afraid to work out due to many physical issues but Coach Kennedy has been very patient with me and really teaching me how to eat. I just FEEL BETTER!! The energy in this gym is contagious. "I had an amazing experience at Process Gym. Dalana was my trainer and she was fantastic! Before the workout I expressed to her my personal goals, and she designed a workout that was great for me! My first day was a challenging full body workout, which is what I love! "Absolutely grand atmosphere. Coaches are as passionate about your fitness and helping you reach your goals. I've always hated working out in front of people but at Process Gym, everyone is supportive. One on one coaching sessions are very intimate. They will push you and before you know it, you've done what you thought you couldn't do! The group classes are awesome. I am always greeted with a smile from everyone there. If your looking to get fit, the right way, Process Gym is the way to go."
