"About the year 2000 I approached Dr Chung about a motorcycle accident that left me in pain 24 hours a day. Dr. Chung suggested Fentanyl, but advised me that I would be addicted for the rest of my life. After several years, I switched to morphine because the fentanyl patches kept sweating off. Dr. Chung then decided he wouldn't see me anymore after giving me a urine test for marijuana, (I signed statements "EVERY TIME", "EVERY MONTH" that I used marijuana for pain) Dr. Chung cut me off morphine and fentanyl (My dose was 100mg morphine twice daily with 90 Vicodin for whatever else) Dr. Chung almost killed me, Dropping me without taking care of my addiction because I tested positive for marijuana (I got proof Dr. Chung knew about my marijuana usage from day one) And, to add insult to injury, I had started seizures and Dr. Chung refused to give me my seizure meds. Dr. Chung controlled "EVERYTHING". Dr. Chung wrote my prescriptions, Yet I'm told it is my fault I got addicted. I am currently a medical marijuana recipient. I am currently legal for medical marijuana. Dr. Chung controlled and manipulated me for profit from Big Pharma. (My redneck guess) Nobody's been hurt but me. Go ahead and open this can of worms. It's "ALL" public records."

"I get quality care here but I always wait longer than I want to. No quick visits here. Also the location has changed. No longer on Burns avenue. No located behind McDonald's on Market St between Wright's Lumber and Aldi's Food Store."
