"I'm a mother of two kids, having been with Dr. Jia for over 12+ years. So far so good. Dr. Jia was professional and humorous, helped and satisfied all medical needs for each visits. Most recent visit was last week in his new location in Cooperate Dr. , office was nice and clean, staffs were friendly. For those negative reviews, I believe it was due to culture difference. Highly recommend!"
"Dr. Jia is an excellent doctor and great person. We have been seeing him for 20+ years since our now-grownups were young children. His English may have an accent, but his diagnosis and assessment of a problem is always spot on, which in my opinion is particularly important for a pediatrician. Thank you Dr. Jia for your service. "Terrible doctor, his behavior was unacceptable. He was making us all uncomfortable by talking weird and being very very rude, he even was forcing us to take off our masks. We tried to be polite and told him that we are uncomfortable on taking off our masks. However he was very rude and told us to get out of his clinic. If you want a good and responsible doctor. Don't, I repeat don't have him for a doctor."
"Be aware of this "Doctor"! He is VERY unprofessional and unrespectful to the kids and parents. He was VERY inpatient when my one year old daughter was crying during the examination. He can't stop making rude noises from his mouth and finally gave up checking my daughter's heart rate. I have no idea how he get his pediatrician license. He was very inpatient and rude when answering our questions too. I will definitely not recommend him as a "Doctor" to anybody. The worst experience ever! Skip him and find a better doctor for your kids!"
"My kids have been going to Dr.Jia for about 15+ yrs. The staff is very nice and friendly and the doctor is great. He is very gentle with the kids and keeps them laughing. The saying is when you find a good Doctor ,Hairstylist, or Mechanic it's best you hold on to them.. Doctor Jia is a keeper.!"
