"HORRIBLE place to go! they take your money! I took my child there for immunizations they filed several claims with my insurance company for immunizations and tacked on a "medical visit" each time(which i had to pay a 25$ copay for each child, when there should have been no copay), when there was no medical visit, they were there for their well check ups and yearly shots. I have argued with them several times about this. i got my money back ONCE the next time i took them they charged me AGAIN. They said they have to charge all visits as an office visit, which is ILLEGAL. you cannot charge for a service you did NOT provide. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE."
"STAY AWAY!! You will deal with a big smile but with the greatest lack of professionalism and you will be deceived. The birth of your child should be the most joyful moment and choosing this provider will ruin your experience. i was misdiagnosed with a condition for my child, when I asked about the condition and how this would affect my new born the doctor told me "you are paranoid about this". PARANOID? This is my child and to make matters worst my first, there was no empathy at all. I had to go to a specialist to get a second opinion and found out that my baby is normal and healthy and lived misinformed of his condition. To follow this experience dealing with the front staff a lady named Tanya is so unprofessional. She will call you and tell you, you need to pay hundreds of dollars for a simple doctor visit, they claim this is a charge towards your deductible not a dr visit. THIS IS FALSE. A visit to the hospital is a regular doctor visit and should not be paid in full. As you know your child is your priority so you are not thinking right when talking about down payments. I ended up paying $325 up front for services covered 100% by my insurance and its been 2 months since I paid and the claims have not yet been submitted correctly to my insurance to get reimbursed. I do not write reviews but i do want to save some bitterness to future moms that might consider to see this doctor. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they will care really about you, your child and your money. I will still battle to get reimbursed and it will be definitely the last they will see of me,"
