"We were told our child needs immediate attention for orbital cellulitis whereas he has covid. Overcharged for wrong diagnosis on a virtual consultation. She came after 2 hours on a virtual visit while we were staring at the black screen with no info We were charged $300 +. All the info has been sent to Kelsey several times with no reply on our emails till date its over 5 months now"
