"Dr Manny's staff does NOT submit to insurance for preauthorization for medications. They pretend that they're doing it and that it failed. So I got jerked around and changed meds so many times before I called my insurance out of frustration and found out the staff had been lying to me the entire time. Nothing was EVER submitted in nearly 5 years. The staff also refused to show me any paperwork proving submissions or rejections. When I approached Dr Manny with this and asked that they please submit one more time and keep the documentation so I could show it to HR at my company, I got ghosted. I refuse to pay thousands of dollars per year for meds out of pocket just because his staff doesn't want to bother with insurance companies, and the doctor refuses to investigate the issue (or knows what they are doing and has told them to do this). I can't trust my health to a doctor who will lie to my face. This is probably why a once thriving practice is now completely empty every time I go."

"You can tell Dr. Manny and his team care about their patients. The front desk is incredibly responsive and act professional even when I feel I'm hassling them over RX transfers or questions. Dr. Manny is always there when I contact him through the patient portal and promptly responds to my questions and concerns. The appointments are quite flexible and he actually listens to his patients, making decisions with their input and best interests in mind. He is knowledgeable in his field and has helped me to understand some of the underlying issues affecting me while giving me multiple ways to overcome them. I have been made to feel welcomed and would strongly recommend Dr. Manny to anyone."
