"Dr. Doan has been my 3 kids doctor for about 8 -9 years. Before her, we had one other doctor who was terrible..not nice, didnt care about the kids...everything was routine. Dr. Doan is absolutely amazing. My kids LOVE her and look forward to seeing her every visit. She is very knowledgeable and professional, but she is also very sweet and understanding. We love her and my kids will go to her until they age out! I highly recommend her."

"My kids have been going to Dr. Doan for a little over 4 years. My two girls had appointments on the same day. On my way to the appointment I get a call from my son's school. The nurse said my son's nose had been bleeding for some time and she couldn't stop the bleeding and could I pick him up. I figured since I'm already on my way to see Dr. Doan with my two girls maybe she could squeeze him in just to access him. I get there and the front staff was rude like always. The receptionist tells me she can squeeze him in. Then she calls me back to the front to let me know that they don't accept my son's insurance at this location . I asked the receptionist if she could double check with the Dr just to see if she could access him. She comes back and says that Dr. Doan will not see him and I would have to take him to urgent care. My point is this, If my son is your patient and my son is physically in your office bleeding you could at least make sure your patient is ok. I would never recommend Dr. Doan to anyone. This office is going downhill fast."

"My wife and i have been taking both our son and daughter to Dr. Doan ever since they were newborns. We have always had good experiences with her. She takes the time to answer all our questions and is never in a rush. Just took in our daughter for her 4 year old immunizations and check up. Our appointment was @ 9am we got there @ 8:50am and were already called to the back @ 9:05am. Her nursing staff are always very friendly and gentle with the kids and that makes a difference when a child is going to get 3 shots in one day!! We even got our daughters ears pierced when she was a baby here. We are so glad we found a great pediatrician to care for our children."
