"So the doctor at this clinic, put my daughter on Metformin (a diabetes med) because her armpits were discolored. I immediately made an appointment with her regular doctor who had blood work done, something this place DID NOT do, and found there was no reason to prescribe anything. This doctor when on to say that prescribing anything like that without blood work is borderline negligent Add to this that for the second time in a month they canceled appointments with little warning."
"Having a larger and larger problem with getting an IUD due to backwards insurance claiming protocol. Edit: called the office again, left message on machine. Was finally told its not my insurance, it's their IUD provider dragging their feet. I was given a phone number to call if I wanted to check in on the progress. I've had to step in 2 times to do the work of their assistants. Fuming."
"Dr. Wendi Carns was so sweet and humble! Additionally, she was a great listener and made me feel super comfortable. I have no had any positive experiences with women doctors, more specifically, gynocologist but Dr. Carns has definitely changed that aspect for me. I am confident that she will keep me on the road to successful wellness and simply, appreciate her candor and personality. Dr. Carns is a rock star and I encourage anyone who needs to seek women-wellness-related visits to contact this office to have a discussion with her!"
"I have had nothing but positive experiences at this doctors office. Dr. Canas has been my doctor for 3 years and always helps with my concerns. The RN Jamie is the best nurse I have ever had. (Not kidding). She is so personable and always makes you feel comfortable. It is easy to schedule an appointment and have always gotten in within 1-2 weeks. Highly recommend!"
"Being their patient was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. They do not listen. They don't bother taking the time to educate you on what to do if you think you may be having a miscarriage before it happens. When it did happen to me. I couldn't get a hold of the doctor on call. When I was at the ER it took her almost 2 hours to get back the ER doctor who was taking care of me. They did not bother to call me with my blood result on til 4 days later the last 2 times. I would never go back and I would never recommend them. I am beyond angry with them."
