"Nurse practitioner Natalie is clueless. Assessment skills are not a thing, she can run a strep test, unfortunately doesn't understand that if your child is already on antibiotics the results will not be accurate. She was worthless. Will not be back. Missed diagnosed everything yet acted very confident. Be careful, no doctor there and the NP's have minimal experience"

"My experience today was good. They were quick to get me in after I had passed out in a parking lot 15 minutes earlier. They were as thorough as they could be at a drop in clinic. They were overall professional and pleasant."

"Took my 1 year old here today after noticing that he was having trouble breathing. They hooked him up and his oxygen levels were consistently 85-90. The nurse immediately knew he needed to go to the hospital, but the NP didn’t seem to see it as urgently as she did. In a situation where we should have been sent via ambulance, we were told it was safe to drive him ourselves. Before leaving the Urgent Care, his oxygen was 88, and his pulse had been ranging from the 180’s all the way up to 220. On the drive to the ER, he passed out. This situation could have ended a lot worse for other people who may not have realized it was a true emergency and to not take their time getting to the ER. Never coming back here."

I came in this evening to follow up from a visit a week ago as my symptoms had not subsided and the RN had remembered me and was so kind. I was then seen by Peggy and she was so empathetic and treated me as a human being and with such sincerity, which is hard to find in healthcare now a days. "Would not recommend if you can’t get your INFANT to see their pediatrician. We brought my 7 month old in per his pediatrician to get seen for an ear infection, every single person after us got seen and sent home, and whenI was walking to keep my baby calm the two ladies at the front (Janet and another older lady with short hair) kept giving me the most nasty looks and whispering to each other. It’s not urgent if it’s an infant but a teenager with a sprained knee gets seen before when we got there at the same time? Don’t want to mention race but is that a factor? A mixed baby?"
