"10 of 10 don’t recommend. Idk where to start. When I moved in they were new. Nice apartment, small but nice. The property manager at the time was Jeff, he was the absolute worst. I had two vehicles, complained about that. Had the air conditioner on in my car & like 100% of air conditioners they drain water..water was draining from my car and this man told me I had to move the car because it was leaking and ruining the parking lot. They make you get a car port if you have more than one car which is stupid. Upon move out they charged me saying it looked like I moved out quickly. I guess they expect you to buy professional cleaners. There are other apartments around town that I would look into instead of dealing with these con artist."

"I have been living at Deer Valley Villas for 5 years now. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I feel very safe here. It is close to so many stores and a hospital! The office staff are very friendly. Maintenance is always johnny-on-the-spot when you need any work done, and they are always nice. The apartments and grounds are well maintained. Plus, your monthly rent includes Mediacom cable/internet, which is a huge savings! I highly recommend this apartment complex."

"Its relatively new building less than 5 years old I think and I have lived here for 2 years. The only thing that keeps me here is that they have washer and dryer inside and CCTVs all around the properties. I lived my first year in the biggest one bedroom unit and second year in the smaller version one bedroom unit. Both units have insulation problem, I can feel the cold wind comes in from the edges of the windows and if you live in the most outer unit that faces nothing but an empty land, at night the walls creak really bad if its windy, literally creaking as if theres a huge rat running inside the walls. But at least they have internet, washer, and dryer come with the unit"

"I have not moved into the Duplex yet, But the experience before the move has already been awful. - I have been giving misinformation on multiple occasions - In Spite of the duplex's being vacant, created artificial demand by saying had many enquiries and an other person is waiting for the duplex for the last 6 months. - No clarity amongst the staff members - You cannot talk to property manager's supervisor. His/her phone isnt working today - New family is moving in on monday to my current apartment, otherwise I would have cancelled my move and stayed back in my present one."
