"Dr. Nguyen is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. For starters, she had a student in the room with us and every time I asked her a question, she told the student to answer me. She claimed she was training him! If anything, the student should have only watched and observed, instead, Dr. Nguyen had the student to relay information to me…as if I wasn’t in the room. I had to even ask at one point if she was the doctor or was the student the doctor. In addition, I completed many pages of paperwork prior to seeing her and it was apparent during our conversation that she hadn’t read any of it! She spoke over me several times and was very aggressive. She even picked up her cell phone to text in the middle of me speaking to her about my issues. She was the absolute worst!!!! She even sent my prescription to the pharmacy incorrectly! Probably because she wasn’t attentive when she was rudely texting on her cell phone during my appointment! Her assistant Rahja was better than she was. Rahja was more attentive, caring and was patient with me. Dr. Nguyen clearly only cares about the money…her bedside manner is horrible! She’s was very arrogant! I will not spend another dime with her!"

Because of her and Allergy ENT, I'm already feeling better! More so, she asked multiple times if there were any concerns or questions I had, and she establishes a friendly relationship with her patients! :)"

I am about three quarters of the way through the first phase and just had a follow up with Doc to ensure I/ we are on track I am very pleased with my progress and with the clinics entire staff."
