"I have had Douglas vet for two years and under circumstances i had to move back to Illinois. They were helping me by providing heartworm and flea and tic treatments til i established vet contact here. I needed a dose of heartworm to keep my dog on track and was refused by, her own words, "i dont have time to mail a single dose, but i can ship a full year supply with no problem." Aussi was a patient and a good one for our time in Illinois and had no problem getting help til now. Highly disappointed in what i just went through. Seems like receptionists time is more valuable than animals well being."
