"I highly recommend Salem Township Hospital to anyone, regardless if it's a medical emergency or just routine health care!! Emergency Room: Dr. Zutshi is one of the best ER doctors that I have ever had the opportunity of dealing with, she cares and shows the utmost compassion towards her patients. Radiology Department: I don't care if it's for MRI or Mammogram, the technicians know what they're doing and they do their jobs in a very professional manner, yet they're not afraid to take the time to joke around and giggle a little bit to put a patient's anxiety/mind at ease. Dr. Claffey and his Same Day Surgery Team: Dr. Claffey has the absolute BEST bedside manner both as an office visit and in the OR!! His team of nurses are the best you would ever have when it comes to prepping you for a Same Day Surgery all the way to the recovery room!! EXCELLENT JOB Salem Township Hospital, if I could give this review a 10-star rating I would!!"

"Went to the clinic for a sprained hand. The doctor gave me a medication to take. I asked if it would mess up anything with my 2 failing kidneys or my heart condition and he looked me in the eyes and lied and said it wouldn't. Come to find out from my primary doctor it was a medication DEFINITELY not good for my kidneys. I went from stage 3A to 3B in just a week due to the medication. I will not be returning to the clinic."

"The nurses showed no compassion. The doctor well she look like she was High on something and rushed to listen and told my husband to shut up while he was explaining things to the male doctor that was in the room as well. Very horrible place. Never go there if you are on workmans comp because one they hear that they start treating you horribly"

"This review is mainly regarding Heather Voss, Lead Claims Analyst at Salem Township Hospital. Last November I was scheduled for a mammogram, of which I received multiple people and departments calling and confirming the details this appointment. During registration (after 20 minutes in) I was informed that I needed to sign an agreement which stated that the hospital didn’t accept my insurance and that I would be responsible for any charges incurred. After questioning the registrar about signing this, she referred me to Ms. Heather Voss who took me into her office and handed me an “application for financial assistance” to complete and email back to her. This is what I received from her on November 5, 2021. “I have processed you application and routed it for approval today. I hope to receive a response in a timely manner on the application. I will call and or email you with the status on Monday if possible thank you”. Since then? Nothing. Calls. Messages. Emails. Still nothing. I have emailed and called regularly, every 2 months, since then. Speaking to anyone at the billing office who would listen. Each time I was told one in that department knows anything and they will have someone call me. Still nothing. It’s been 5 months now. How can a hospital function with staff like this?? Updated review: Leslie, one of the directors, reached out to us after we posted our review; apologized and ensured us that she rectified our issue with the hospital and that she would send a confirmation to us. Weeks later, nothing. 4 voicemail messages over the next 2 weeks later. Nothing. She said the reason Heather never replied is because she no longer worked there. What’s the excuse now?"
