"Dr. Marconi retired!! Oh no. Such a great doctor. He will be missed. The first time I saw him is when I was 21. Dr. Jayanthi Ramu is one of the new doctors on staff at the clinic. I have to be honest and say I was, at first, less than impressed with the timeless of seeing her. But, with out a doubt worth the wait. Especially once I learned why there was a wait. Building patient files after changing administration operating systems can be tricky. Dr Ramu was kind, professional, and most important, THOROUGH. Yes, I used caps because it deserves your attention. Sure, she could cut her scheduled patients in half and coast through. But I see a professional that is giving maximum effort to improve the lives of all those she comes in contact with, even to her on detriment by putting her self last. That is a rare and amazing quality. She didn't cut corners in my visit or with others. I'm all too happy to rebuild my patient file as if I'm a brand new patient to this clinic because I know Dr. Ramu is giving "maximum effort" in building detailed patient files while simultaneously providing quality care. Also, the reception and nursing staff is new from my last visit. Looks like there is and upgrade there, too! So friendly. So professional in every way. I expect this level care in Houston. A very happy and welcome surprise in my hometown."

"Stay far away from this doctor. When your receptionist is rude Anita, I can only imagine what the rest would be like. I was referred to this doctor due to me being from out of state. I had to reschedule my first appointment due to my work schedule and never received a callback (Red flag then). So with some issues I'm having they are not able accomodate on any level nor did she try. Bad business. Anita wants to tell me how to get another doctor through my insurance, which I am well aware of because I made the changes for this office. What is sad is when an front desk tries to act like they don't care and ruin the image of your business."
