"Omg this place is a joke! Longest wait ever and the staff is unprofessional and so unhelpful. Total waste of time I knew we should have just gone to Next Level in Rosenberg. Never again"

"Horrible place all the doctors went too lunch at same time and that was at 11 and last said couldn’t be seen until 2 if it’s a urgent care center one doctor should be available at all times and not all gone at once"

"I had a blocked ear and went to this clinic for the first time, since it has walk-in options and because it is almost the only game in town, now that most other medical facilities have been closed, other than private practices. EVERYone was nice; from the young lady at the reception desk, to the nursing staff, to the FNP who saw me in addition to aforementioned nurse. After a very short wait time, I was led to an exam room and Ms Avila examined my ears and told me that she would have the nurse come and irrigate them to remove the blockage in my right ear. The nurse arrived and took my vitals, then popped out and returned with a kit to irrigate my ears. She told me that it would be uncomfortable and that I should tell her if I needed her to stop for a moment. It was only a little uncomfortable and it took several rounds of spraying to dislodge the ball of wax that was blocking the canal. As a precaution, the nurse also irrigated my left ear. Ms Avila returned within a few minutes and checked my ears again, was satisfied with the result and I was good to go. I was there for only a bit over an hour, from the time I walked in until the time I left. And this was as a new patient, arriving unannounced, yet the total time spent on this endeavor was considerably less than the time I spend waiting with my doctors in Victoria, where I am a long time patient and always have an appointment made, sometimes months in advance. Mid Coast will from now on be my go-to for the small problems that I tend to ignore, due to having no general practice nearby. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of the visit; the facility has clean, bright waiting areas, excellent staff who do not speak in condescending tones or language and I am pleased with the efficiency and demeanor of all staff. All around great experience!"
