"Honestly I’m being generous with 2 stars. The number of cancellations is absolutely absurd. And then when we try to schedule a make up, you can only choose for the current week and most of the time there’s one or MAYBE 2 class options. For the amount we pay, it’s ridiculous the amount of times the classes are cancelled due to instructors not showing up to the entire staff getting locked in the breakroom (fire dept had to be called to let them all out and missed entire class with no available makeups the following week.) I wouldn’t recommend Aqua kids for anyone looking to actually make progress with their kids swim skills- it’s entirely too expensive for the quality of instruction you get not to mention IF the class even happens at all."

"Overall the lessons were ok. Classes got cancelled frequently at no control of ours, make up classes were virtually impossible to schedule, and just stopped making sense. Very little progress with our youngest child. Some progress with our oldest but still a long way to go after 6 months."

"My son goes to the AquaKids swim class under coach Sarah. He loves the way the coach teaches her and the coaches commitment towards the kids to build that confidence into swimming. One thing I need to highlight is about the wait time on the make up classes. This can be improved to see more classes available."

"I wanted to share my feedback regarding the 30-minute swimming class. With 4 kids in the group, one child seems to get only about 5 minutes in the water, factoring in the time spent getting in and out of the pool. And Considering the cost and service I don’t think it’s worth."

"Started my kiddo when they opened it! The staff are so patient with kids and love the atmosphere. Divisions in pool are made based on age group. So my little one always goes to same spot which calms down her a little bit. Very convenient location. Super busy in the evening rush hour but staff handles it really well :)"
