"Dr. Bhatt has seen both my daughter & my son since a newborn my son is now 8 years old. She has continued to monitor his asthma everytime he’s had an attack the staff gets me in right away. Even if my daughter isn’t there she makes sure to check she’s been doing fine."

"I started taking my daughter there as a newborn 6 years ago. I never have a problem marking appointments. Sick visits will be seen that day. I’ve seen Dr Bhatt and her assistant several times and am very satisfied with the service. I love that she just doesn’t prescribe medication unless it’s needed. My baby has always been very well taken care of no matter what the issue."

R&R Strategies:

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!! Staffs are not trained well and high turnover. Dr Bhatt herself is very unprofessional. They does not seem to have well procedures in place while everyone is running over each others at the office. Both of my sons went to her up to the oldest was 4. Phone lines are always busy and average phone call is 20mins average. Shots record are not-legible and in poor format and not up to date with States record. Was reluctant to switch doctor at 1st but glad we did."

"I don't find Dr Bhatt as bad as some of the comments I am reading. Our twins have been seeing her for the last 6 months and she is very knowledgeable and explains issues well. She has an accent but she can be understood. There was one time where we called her answering service at 1:30am and they took a message because one of our little girls had a 102. fever. She called us back herself at 2:00 a.m. that night and had us come in the following morning on a Saturday and took care of our little Joy. Where as no one is perfect, she shows that she cares and has done so even prior to us being patients Don Madere"
