"I found witinin this community not only a kickboxing class but more alongs the line of a family the gets fit togther. It has allowed me to grow in my fitness, weight loss, toning and overall self confidence. The coaching staff at this location are very knowledgeable, approachable, and willing to provide modifications for any level of fitness and most important for me is they will hold you accountable to your desired goals. The facility is always clean and has never had that sweaty gym odor since I have joined over 11 months ago. This was one of the best decisions I have made for myself."
"ILKB is one of the best things I have ever been a member of!! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and are so approachable! Kickboxing is not for the faint of heart but definitely pushes me to work harder each time! Even then, the staff has accommodations that will still get the job done! I love mix of cardio between each round and the emphasis of core and mobility. The space is always clean and shows how much care is put into it. The flexibility of classes helps as well as I can easily fit in a class into my busy schedule. I can’t wait to continue to motivate myself and build consistency with this amazing community! I love ILKB Mansfield! :)"
"This is the best instructed workout class / program I’ve ever been apart of! I’m so glad I invested in myself and decided to commit and be disciplined with this location and workout style! I’ve ever kick boxed or professionally trained to fight before until now. What a GREAT CARDIO AND FULL BODY WORK OUT! I also really appreciate that all the trainers have high energy and encouraging/ positively reinforcing the proper techniques while training! And side note: one time I got dropped off and had to stay a long while longer after my class was over because my ride was late and the owner/instructor didn’t even complain! I’m glad this was a safe space for me to be and flourish in my weight loss and body toning goals!"
