K-Tiger Martial Arts Taekwondo

"I like K- Tiger, and my son really enjoys his time with the instructors who are very good at their craft. The only issue I have is parents who don't properly supervise their kids. I understand that martial arts teaches discipline, but there is only so much the instructor can do when the parent has no control over their own kid. As a parent, you're paying your money, and you want your kid to learn and make progress, but this is very difficult when other parents don't have control over their own kids. There are parents who bring their kids, drop them off, and return when class is over. The whole time the parent is gone, the kid is misbehaving, and the instructors are so patient they don't even let the parent know their kid just disrupted class or is picking on another kid who may be smaller then them or a kid who doesn't speak up. So I guess you have to blame the instructors also for allowing the parents to leave their kids or for not informing the parent of the kids' behavior. I know this is a business, and as a business, K-Tiger wants to make money, so of course, they don't want to turn the kid away because of their behavior, but something has to be done. The other issue is that the classes are so huge, and there are not enough instructors to properly manage the kids that do misbehave. They need to open the schedule and have more options during the week and weekends."

"We love K-Tiger. They have been wonderful during COVID-19. They were closed but when they reopened they extended our membership no questions asked. They make sure to social distance, sanitize, and the instructors use masks. The quality of the classes have not suffered whatsoever with these changes! K-Tiger instructors are patient, energetic, and are fantastic and keeping the class on track (my son is in the tiny tigers class). We love K-Tiger and will continue our membership there for a very, very long time. Our son loves it!"
