"I don’t know what has been going on. We’ve been coming here for years, for all of my children. Our Doctor left with no warning and we got switched to Helena Bowie, which is fine. However, this happened while we were out of town and they scheduled my daughters 4 month check up themselves, AFTER not allowing me to get her shots before vacation, which obviously had to be cancelled. I’m being charged for that cancellation, and now we are back in town and I CANNOT get a hold of the office through phone, patient portal, or appt scheduler on the website. I’ve requested an appointment inline three times and heard nothing. We’re already patients, it shouldn’t be this hard. Figured i’d switch pediatric offices but I still have to get a hold of y'all to get a release of records so if you could get it together it’d be great. i’m about to walk in there since wait times on the phone are constantly 40mins- 1 hour just to be disconnected every time."

"We take our son here. My wife took a day off of work to bring him in, when she got to the office it was closed. The day before she received a confirmation for the day and time. When she called in they told her they were closed that day and she should have read her email. My wife read the confirmation back to them when she felt like the lady on the phone was blaming her for being dumb and not reading her emails. My wife was not happy so I called to see when we could reschedule and was told they were closed that week, I asked for a call back and never received one. We never had an issue with the doctors but you hardly deal with the doctor you deal with the staff and the staff here is not helpful by any means. I know if I didn’t show up for the appointment they would send us a bill, will they compensate us for our time off and wasted gas to find out they knew they were going to be closed the whole time? I doubt I’ll hear from them. We won’t be wasting our time and money going back to this place, they didn’t apologize, try to reschedule or reach out to us."

"We have been taking our Grand-Children to the location in Cibolo, and today was the last straw. We had been attepmting to have my Grandson seen for an ADHD evaluation, first they scheduled the appointment for Monday (Presidents Day) they called that day and said this office is closed.. Why on earth would you schedule an appointment for a day that you will be closed? Then when we rescheduled the appointment for today they made it a telemed (which is fine, if that is what they really did), they only chatted in a chat window not video. The very last thing that they did was to tell my wife that ADHD exams have to be done in person.. Hmm why would you schedule a telemed appointment for something that your office knew needed to be done in person?? That would mean that he would be out of school the entire day... and they didn't even have the Doctor talking the person was a nurse practitioner... This was not the first time something like this has happend to us at this place. The way that this place operates is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Go here at your own risk.."

"Read some of the reviews and was kind of nervous to bring my baby here but damn were those people wrong!! Lol. Walked in and receptionist was busy with another patient but also tended to me, she was super nice and fast. Immediately was put into the room and was seen under 30 mins for nurse and doctor! Doctor Daigle was awesome, super sweet and answered all my dumb questions. Our nurse was also sweet and caring. Every women in that office is amazing"

"VIRGINIA is the only person I can ever get through from all locations. My son regularly goes to the Stone Oak location, but I can NEVER get through to anyone. I get disconnected, they put me on hold for so long until I get disconnected again, then I started getting the after hours message that made me think they turned off their phone systems after trying and trying. I eventually called the Cibolo location and Virginia answered after the first ring! She was so nice and quickly went over scheduling with me. I was able to schedule at the Cibolo location, which I may end up transferring my son to just because of the continuous poor service from the Stone Oak office staff. I understand when things get crazy in an office but there is very clearly a lack of communication. And it happens too often to just be a bad day, I’ve had to call Cibolo a couple times already because I get frustrated trying to get through to Stone Oak and Virginia has answered my call every time. Thank you, Virginia!!"
