"I have been to this stadium several times and what I notice are a lot of kids gather in groups running around or just hanging out outside the gate, to me it’s just a gathering for MISD to come hang out and socialize. I am extremely happy that their are new rules established for parents to adhere to and MISD kiddos! The new rules give you a peace of mind for your children and family to enjoy the football game and fellowship. See your child school news letter for more details"

"Beautiful stadium! I remember RL Anderson Stadium which was fine, but the Vernon Newsome stadium is gorgeous, modern and top notch. About as close to a professional stadium as you can get! The only difficulty we had was not being able to purchase tickets at the ticket booth... No one works in them. We had to figure out how to go online on our phone and purchase tickets on the website which slowed down the process of getting into the stadium well before the game. It was a multi step process that someone had to walk us through. The other issue we had was being told that I was not allowed to carry my purse in unless it was the size of a pencil bag, so I had to walk all the way back to the car and leave it inside. We don't have kids going to school anymore, so there was no information on the purse or the ticket process until we walked all the way up to the entrance. Ugh."
"Nice stadium. Easy access if in a wheelchair or cannot walk up stairs. Looks like Waco ISD Stadium, similar seating. Lower section closer to the field and upper level. One nice thing was the benches on the walkway between sections with some seating bench chairs."
