St. Luke's Urgent Care - O'Fallon

"Went in with foot pain and had X-rays. "Doctor" went to make notes. 15 minutes later I walk out to see what was going on and he's eating lunch. What a joke. No treatment plan, med script, nothing. Another useless medical professional who was more worried about his lunch than the patients. This is why doctors are no longer trusted."

"Got a very high bill for something smaller issue. I was not disclosed what the treatment cost would be. I guess it's my fault not checking estimates before I went here. I would go different urgent care that's not attached to a hospital. Never coming back."

"Went in with my back inflamed an inch out, testicle pain so bad I could hardly stand, they sent in a 70 year old woman to tell me to see a doctor and take aspirin and denied any medical treatment. GO ELSEWHERE"

"I have been here 3 or 4 times in the past year or so, and am always impressed. Never have to wait too long, and always treated with the utmost care and respect. Dr. King and Dr. Ichoku are very thorough, knowledgeable and have great bedside manners. The front desk people are friendly and efficient. Nurse Mary Ann was warm, personable and caring. My most recent visit was a Sunday around 3:45 pm and I had almost no wait, and thanks to the great care I received, including a breathing treatment, when I left, I was feeling lots better already! Plus my bronchitis was really starting to get better in a day or 2! Thanks to the entire staff, I would highly recommend this Urgent Care!"

"1st time here with son we got in quick, front desk lady and room nurse were great- the NP seemed…. foggy to say the least, couldn’t give eye contact, minimal conversation, was honestly concerned for her own well being. Second time same front desk lady- very nice, but room nurse was curt and didn’t do the swab herself but instead had me wait an hour for the NP who was nice but a simple swab could have been done and read before the NP ever got to me. overall the location and hours are convenient, the staff is generally nice, but there doesn’t seem to be any sense of “urgency” much more lackadaisical in nature of work flow. I’d come here again- but not for an urgent matter, fine for an X-ray, lab work, simple exam.."
