"After reading the reviews on my insurance web site and google I reached out via the Dr.'s direct website and scheduled a new patient appointment for our children. Shortly after I reached out I received confirmation of our appointments. The next day I was contacted by Cook's scheduling via phone to cancel the confirmed appointments claiming that Dr. Halley Hogan is no longer accepting new patients. For the courtesy of your future clients please notify partnering insurance providers (my insurance provider had Dr. Halley accepting new patients) along with your practices direct web page. The female representative that contacted me regarding canceling our confirmed appointment wasn't very empathic in the delivery. Didn't attempt to help us find another Dr. locally just called to say you no longer have an appointment. Not professional. Honestly, our experience with this location is nothing like what the reviews detailed. Called back this morning spoke to Debbie who confirmed that they only have 1 Dr. at this office accepting new patients. Moving on...."
"Dr. Hogan truly cares about our kids. Our visits are never rushed and she helps the kids understand what's going on at their level which helps give them some autonomy over their health. She has a great network of specialists she's referred us to also."
"We absolutely love Dr. Hogan! Excellent people skills and very knowledgeable. Visiting her feels more like visiting with a friend. We have seen other pediatricians in other cities, but Dr. Hogan is by far our favorite. Her office staff is kind and friendly as well. Highly recommend!"
