"My daughter has been going to Issa since maybe 8 years old. She’s almost 16 now. Dr Issa I don’t know what has happen to your staff customer service, but whomever you had running the front desk and answering the phones Before Covid (2018 or 2019) you need to call them back ASAP. This new staff you have is very unprofessional which makes you look bad. They do not like taking calls unless you’re scheduling (which is more $ for your office). For the last year, when I call they automatically place you on hold without saying anything hoping you hang up. If you continue to hold, they hang you up. The receptionist has attitude problems and make you feel like you’re bothering them especially over the phone. It’s a hot mess at this office now with the new staff. Yes, Dr Issa is ok but the staff is horrible. I hate to switch Doctors but it’s a no for me."

"Been taking my 5 year old son here for awhile. Last week visit 6/23/2023 made me want to say this doctor and staff is amazing. Miss Ghadir is very great, has amazing knowledge and truly cares about her patients. Her staff is amazing every single last one of them. Hope everyone at this office stays their cause they seem like close as family than Co workers. HIGHLY. RECOMMEND."

"I just had to drop my previous pediatrician bc her office was incompetent and I feel like Dr Issa and her staff were sent to replace and restore my faith in healthcare. She’s so personable, cares about our my daughter and she even called me to let me know of an issue with a prescription and that she’d taken care of it. Her staff also calls me back (unlike other doctors’ offices) and they’re very patient with me and my million questions. Oh doesn’t hurt that my daughter loves her too!"

"Dr issa truly cares about her patients. She always works outside her office hours to make sure that her patients are taken care of and that there are no issues. Her office is always so clean and well kept. She’s very dedicated and truly loves what she does. Her staff is very kind, respectful, and accommodating even if I need a last minute appointment. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients and that’s why I drive 1 hour to bring my kids here. No one like her left."

"Highly recommended children’s pediatrician I know of within the 25mi radius of Duncanville! Dr. Issa is very well knowledgeable with the care needed for my 6yr old and newborn! Dr. Issa even makes the effort to work outside her office hours to inform me of test results. And that truly shows how much she cares for each and everyone of her patients! Wonderful staff! Clean office! Highly recommended!!!"
