"THEY LOSE MEDICAL RECORDS MULTIPLE TIMES & give the wrong injections & try to cover it up. WE ARE SUING! I told Dr. Jung that my child was messing with their ears a lot and he didn’t even look at them and said that it was likely just curiosity. Well turns out it was an ear infection so shoutout to a very lazy and sad excuse of a doctor. I’ll be reporting it and escalating the after visit summary since it has discrepancies. There’s always issues here every time we came but after this last visit of pure laziness, I changed pediatricians. I’d avoid here if I were you. Some of the front desk staff and nurses are nice though but this office isn’t ran very well. If you do go here, I suggest you have your phone recording the entire time and whenever you have to speak to them on the phone, record that too. There’s always issues and lies/mismanagement. Dr. Musharof is no longer here. We saw her for awhile with no issues, she was great. Sadly this place should be shut down. Edit: Diana, you did not reach out to me because you blocked me after I contacted you about one of the 4 last issues we have had at MD Pediatrics. I had to escalate it to your boss and have my lawyers send you all a suit just to get a response. You’re full of it & should be fired."

"Front desk staff is lazy. Very unfriendly. Not professional. I took my son for flu like symptoms, they don’t even do a flu test. I end up leaving with a prescription for miralax. I end up taking him to urgent care and sure enough he has flu B. Don’t go! The lazy desk staff didn’t even offer me a school note so my wife had to go back and get one. They just want to sit on their phones and do no work."

"This place doesn’t deserve any stars! Definitely would not recommend! My kids have been going here for a while now. Everything was going well until Dr Musharof left. They have this new Dr. named Sood Menu which I took my 2 year old to see on Wednesday for a sick visit. My son had just started daycare and wasn’t feeling well and I knew something wasn’t right by the way he was acting. The Dr came in and checked him and claimed it was just a common cold, so I asked could she prescribe a certain type of medicine that was prescribed to him once before from a previous Dr. something to help him feel better sooner because my poor baby was miserable. She claimed she couldn’t because she doesn’t prescribe medicine for a cold and to use over the counter meds. Ok, so over the weekend I noticed he was getting more irritated and couldn’t sleep, wasn’t eating or hardly drinking and also didn’t want to take any medicine that I would give him so I had to call an on call Dr to examine him virtually and was told that if he continues to have a fever by Monday to take him back in so that’s what I did. I took him back to the Doctor Monday and she came in and listened to him breath and checked his ears. She said he had an ear infection and his cough was sounding like it could POSSIBLY turn in to pneumonia! So instead of testing my son for RSV, Covid or any other infections, she just prescribed him some amoxicillin. My baby had a fever that wouldn’t go away for 5 days and she did the bare minimum. She did not take this matter serious enough, she prescribe medicine and just wanted to get me and 2 year old son out of the office without getting to the root cause of the situation CLEARLY. Long story short I had to rush my baby to the ER a couple of hours later and found out he had RSV, Pneumonia and an ear infection!! So yea I won’t be going back here ever and you shouldn’t either! Also, the office has set the phone to go directly to a call center so you will never get to speak to the actual people in the office because they do not answer and forwards the call to the call center."

"As a parent you always want the best for your kids. Dr Musharof has been amazing and is very kind and knowledgeable in her field. The medical assistants are also all very nice, especially Sue. Anytime my kids are in office she treats them with respect and kindness with everything she does. Jasmin in the front office is very kind and knowledgeable about insurances and helped make sure we had all of our documents done before seeing the back office staff. Highly recommend this pediatric office"
