"⚠️⚠️⚠️When I chose this doctor for my baby I was sure that I did the right choice but unfortunately that was a first impression. When it was about the regular check-ups they were good at taking the measurements and the vitals and putting it in the system, … well I understand that’s how they keep their office and the staff, they just do the easiest things, charge you God knows how much and they are very happy with their healthy patients who pay them their salary. But when it’s about to give a real good care while the patient is sick they just chose to cancel the patient leaving the sick kid with fever and bilateral ear infection. I know that I should have had reported them but since I’m not that kind of person I just left everything on God’s judge for leaving a desperated mom with a sick baby without a proper care. Only God knows what we have gone through because of their malpractice. They made us to go back and forth during 1 month, they prescribed us lots of antibiotics, ended up by giving all that strong medications to my little one with no use. Everytime we would go office every time we would be seen by different nurse practitioner and they were not aware of what and how the previous nurse has been treating us. As a result we ended up by having complications and they just decided to cancel us by justifing that they did what they could do, the guy’s name who was talking to me on phone was either Raul or Fredy( not sure) he was very rude and was the one who decided he could cancel us just because they did “everything possible”. Seriousely…???? I never even heard back from the doctor. He told that he is canceling us. Of course you would not want to keep a patient who needs a care. You already charged us as much as you could and since there was no any use of us you just decided to abandon the sick kid. Fortunately, I found very knowledgable and nice doctor who gave us a very good care and was really surprised by this office attitude. Please, take this review into consideration when you decide to choose this doctor as your pediatrition cause you may end up by finding yourself in our place."

"Will have to find another doctor. They never answer phones! How do you have a recording?! How are people supposed to schedule appointments or talk with a nurse about questions/concerns. Doc needs office to do better."

"Dr. Valdes Roque has been my son’s Pediatrician for about 3 and a half years now. She and her staff are amazing! They are patient, knowledgeable and sincerely take their time to examine any problem and to make the effort to give a valuable solution; not just blow you off with the quick generalized answer to ones concerns. To me this speaks volumes of them. Also, they have Always been nothing less than exceptionally respectful towards me and to others that come in for appointments, as far as I could tell. And the employed staff seems to be in a good mood every time we go in. The atmosphere is inviting, light and professional here! I literally recommend Loving Care Pediatrics to every parent I come across."

"Dr. Valdes just ignored a horrible situation happening when a male receptionist grabbed my toddler's arm and I told him to stop. The male receptionist is absolutely horrible. I had huge problems with him weeks ago calling me racist names in Spanish on the phone, then as I was waiting at the front for my toddlers results, he started being rude to me. I told him that is not an OK way to talk to customers, and he told me of I didn't like it, I could find a new Doctor. I told him I would talk to the doctor, not him, and waited for the test results. I then asked the female clerk for his information so I could file a complaint about his behavior. He jumped up to the window and started screaming that I don't need that info. He told me to get out, called the police, then filed a criminal trespassing charge against me for just waiting to get my sons test results! My 9 year old and 2 year old witnessed the whole thing, and have been crying all day. They are terrified to go back to any doctor, ever. If she employs people like that, I do NOT recommend her."
