"I had a horrendous time with the employee, Anna, who helped me and my friend. She was rude and disrespectful for no reason, giving a horrible attitude. Telling employees she denied us because we were “rude” when we were asking questions nicely. Then Jose Rivera helped us & he was generous & helpful. He answered all our questions and I recommend asking for him when you go to the gym."
"I’m new to this gym and have had some trouble with learning about how to use the equipment. However, no matter the problem, I can always go to Jose Rivera as a trusting employee! Nothing I ask for is too time consuming for him and he always is willing to lend out a helping hand. He even goes above and beyond and gives me some pointers on how to do certain workouts. This man deserves a raise!!!"
"Ana is the best front desk receptionist that I’ve ever managed to encounter. Very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and helped me reach all my fitness goals. 10/10 would definitely coming in when she is present. Deserves a big raise."
"This is the cleanest of all the Tru fit my husband and I have visited. The janitor stays busy cleaning the area. I just saw him vacuum under the treadmills and wiped the pads clean. I’ve never come in where the place is dirty. This guy is a great worker and pleasant."
"I've gone to many truefits but this one in exp way In Mission is better equipment to do specially the women's section and I love the temperature of the sauna and it's cleaning."
