"Absolutely ridiculous. Waiting over and hour no one updates you or says anything and they take any children that walk in before adults. Waited over an hour just to have to leave before being seen because by the time they would have gotten to me it would have been 2-3 hour ordeal and I needed to get my kids off the bus. I understand sometimes u have to wait but maybe update your patients and communicate instead of acting like they are the problem."
"These places get such a bad rap on Google reviews I just wanted to report on the great experience I had here. I was seen quickly, had my concerns addressed, and was even given a referral for further treatment of my issue. I was even notified via text the pharmacy was working on my prescription while I was still waiting to check out. The nurses and staff were very kind. I was definitely dreading having to go in, but the experience was much better than I anticipated. I would definitely come here again."
"We came close to closing time which I get can be annoying but either way they are medical professionals and should treat us the same as if they weren’t in a rush to get off. My grandmother had a rash and a blood blister bigger than a quarter. It was noticeable that they were hurrying us along so they can get off. One professional didn’t sanitize when she walked in the room then she felt on my grandmothers leg without gloves. I don’t believe we received the best treatment there."
"I've been there many times for various reasons and they have always been prompt in getting me seen, have taken me seriously, and have known when they were out of their realm to help. I'm very grateful to their care over the years."
"The NP, Julie Ashbacher, almost immediately began yelling/raising her voice at me (though she corrected me and said she wasn't). She said I should go back to the ER where I waited in excruciating pain for 5 hrs and was still in the waiting room. I said I would not be going anywhere else that evening after waiting for a total of 8 hours that day with no resolve. She said my comment about going home was a threat to her and it was me bullying her into treating me. You have to be a narcissist to think my wanting to go home and sleep was about her. She said it was bad medicine to give me oral antibiotics and even said it wasn't the treatment for what I had. I went to another ER the next day and was given oral antibiotics. It was better medicine to her to not treat me at all. She completely lied in her visit summary saying she explained my condition among other things. She also said in her summary that she apologized for the wait in the ER when she actually said that wasn't her fault. And I wasn't blaming her but I WAS telling her how my night was going to go. Her bedside manner is reprehensible and she seemed to have the idea from the beginning she wasn't going to treat me. This is especially frustrating when the ER doctor the next day did the EXACT same exam she did and prescribed oral antibiotics--which she could have easily done and given me a whole day headstart on treatment. The nurses and the rest of the staff were great but I can't recommend this place because of the NP."
